Nicholas J. Goodwin

CEO

Nick is CEO and Founder of Tulodo; also an investor in HBM. He works on management, behavior change and social impact, with over 25 years of experience in the private sector, government, universities, community-based organisations and international agencies. He has a strong track record managing and advising on health, sustainability, waste management, WASH, agriculture, entrepreneurship, education and governance throughout the Asia Pacific and Australia, as well as in Africa and the Americas. He has published in peer-reviewed journals, presented at major conferences and taught in universities and schools. He has strong relationships with governments, donors, the private sector, community organisations and the media. He is fluent in Indonesian and enjoys gudeg.

 

Yulida Pangastuti

President Director

Yulida is the President Director of Tulodo and a lecturer at Universitas Gadjah Mada. She’s spent over 25 years working on issues close to her heart –  gender, education, childhood, youth development, and social policy. Along the way, she’s been part of many different spaces – sitting with teachers in village schools, listening to youth in community centres, and joining policy discussions in government and regional meetings. In those roles, she’s offered support on initiatives such as improving adolescent health in Indonesia and contributing to regional education efforts across Southeast Asia. Yulida holds a PhD in Education from the University of Auckland, with degrees from the National University of Singapore, the Institute of Social Studies (The Hague), and Universitas Indonesia. At the centre, she always believes in people – their stories, struggles, and power to create change. Whether mentoring young people, working with women leaders, or designing policy, Yulida always aspires to contribute toward a more just and inclusive future through care, curiosity, and collaboration.

 

Heribertus Rinto Wibowo

Director

Heri is Director of Programs at Tulodo. He has over 10 years of experience leading health, education, child protection, sanitation, and nutrition initiatives in Indonesia, Timor-Leste and the Solomon Islands. He has deep expertise in mixed-method research, project implementation, monitoring, and evaluation, particularly with adolescents and young people. Heri has led various projects, including research on smoking and social marketing, child marriage prevention and menstrual health management, carbon offset, WASH assessment, and a nutrition study. Heri led the human-centered design program for vaccine uptake at the sub-national level in collaboration with the Ministry of Health and UNICEF. Heri has strong relationships with government, universities, NGOs and other stakeholders. He holds a Master’s degree in Public Health from Curtin University.

 

Maman Saputra

Research Manager

Maman is Research Manager at Tulodo. He has over a decade of experience in research and project management, with a strong background in public health and economics. He has researched, developed strategies, and implemented digital interventions to promote healthy diets and lifestyles for urban youth. He led a multi-commodity study to support medium term agriculture planning for the government of NTT province. He worked on formative research for a youth-centered anti-smoking program in Jakarta; assessments of COVID-19 impacts on learning for primary school students in Papua; and on nurturing care in health services in NTT. Maman has a passion for research and teaching, developed through his education at Universitas Indonesia and Universitas Lambung Mangkurat. He possesses skills in data science and management, policy analysis, and journal publication. Maman also leads non-profit organizations, Edu-Kesmas and Lakmus-IYMDS, which campaign for public and environmental health.

 

Cahyo Harry Sancoko 

Senior Project Officer

Cahyo is Senior Project Officer at Tulodo. He leverages his educational background in communications and educational psychology to effectively engage with stakeholders while managing field projects meticulously. Cahyo is also skilled in facilitating training sessions, mentoring activities, and developing curricula. His dedication spans sectors including health, education, child protection, sustainable fisheries, and agriculture. Whether working with local communities, government agencies, or non-profit organizations, Cahyo consistently fosters collaboration and drives meaningful change. With a passion for sharing knowledge and building capacity, he plays a critical role in empowering individuals and organizations to create sustainable solutions. His ability to navigate complex projects while maintaining strong relationships makes him a valuable asset in every initiative he undertakes.

 

Husen Haikal Al Hadar

Project Officer

Haikal is Project Officer with Tulodo. He has solid experience in project management for international and national organizations. He specializes in stakeholder engagement and policy analysis, helping to drive change and secure results. His expertise spans social innovation, education, health, and waste management.

Haikal manages sustainable waste management practices with Hayuning Bhumi Makmur (HBM). His research experience includes an agricultural program in South Sulawesi with ISTA. He has led community engagement to support young people’s healthy lifestyles with the Ministry of Health and WFP. Previously, he contributed to the stakeholder engagement strategy of the Rising Academy Network in Sierra Leone; analyzed policy with the World Bank’s East Asia Pacific Gender Innovation Lab; as well as consulted for Georgetown University on their Indonesia market entry analysis. Previously, Haikal managed programs focused on education, vocational training, and workforce development, fostering collaboration between the private sector and development initiatives. Haikal holds a Master’s degree in Global Human Development from Georgetown University.

 

Catherine Pamela Felita

Communication Manager

Catherine is Communication Manager with Tulodo. She has over 7 years of experience in the NGO sector, known for her expertise in building strong brand identities and crafting communication strategies that drive social impact. She has led brand campaigns across diverse sectors from government, companies, FMCG, and non-profit organizations, combining strategic planning, digital communication, stakeholder engagement, and public relations.

She manages marketing, communication and brand development for Tulodo, Dolpin, and Hayuning Bhumi Makmur. Not merely promoting brands, she ensures each effort delivers real, measurable impact on the ground. Catherine is skilled in the development of digital platforms such as websites and applications, with expertise ranging from wireframing and UI/UX design to full-scale development. Her work reflects a deep commitment to using communication as a bridge between organizations and the communities they serve

 

Faza Ayasi

Project and Communication Assistant

Faza Ayasi is Project and Communication Assistant at Tulodo with expertise in visual design and field coordination. He has supported projects across Indonesia funded by USAID, the World Food Programme, Eni/Bureau Veritas, and AIHSP. As graphic designer, he has created campaign materials for BPJS outreach (USAID CATALYZE), healthy eating (WFP), and smoking cessation (Gates Foundation). He also developed brand identities, social media visuals, and report designs for Tulodo and its partners.

In the field, he has trained and supported enumerators, led data collection, and conducted FGDs and interviews with stakeholders, including black pepper farmers in Lampung (ISTA). He authored research and validation reports to inform program improvements. Combining creative and analytical skills, Faza plays a valuable role in both communication and project delivery.

 

Ajrina Zienitta Bakhri

Senior Finance and Operations Officer

Ajrina is Senior Finance and Operations Officer at Tulodo. Ajrina manages the finance and operations for all projects handled by Tulodo, ensuring that each one progresses on time and efficiently. Previously, Ajrina worked as an auditor at a public accounting firm, overseeing several clients to enhance the efficiency of their operations. Ajrina holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and has a strong professional background in accounting.

 

 

Dede Veriyanto

Operations Officer

Dede is an experienced operations professional currently serving as Operations Officer at Tulodo. He ensures the smooth delivery of services, manages daily operations, handles customer interactions, and upholds high standards of quality and security. With a strong background in planning, budgeting, and process optimization, Dede has made significant contributions to improving operational efficiency. His expertise includes coordinating cross-functional teams, managing system integration, and maintaining secure communication flows to support organizational goals. His leadership also extends to other sectors, where he oversees operations and sales in the waste management industry at PT Hayuning Bhumi Makmur (HBM). Dede consistently delivers tangible results by aligning operational strategies with business objectives.
