Tulodo has been appointed by Australia’s Dept of Foreign Affairs and Trade (DFAT) to undertake a research project on philanthropic flows in the Asia Pacific region. Tulodo will research and produce a report on the financial flows and programs of philanthropic actors in the Asia Pacific region. This includes a literature review, field visits, mapping potential partners, developing a scorecard of partnership effectiveness and producing case studies for the five priority countries of Fiji, Indonesia, Papua New Guinea, the Philippines and Viet Nam. The report is expected to contribute to DFAT’s policies on emerging actors and their role in local, regional and global development agendas.
